  • Description
    • Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies
    • Prepare monthly reports for internal review
    • Manage and maintain payroll distribution
    • Document all financial transactions, verifications, etc.
    • Prepare client invoices
    • Resolve billing discrepancies and apply credits as needed
    • Other duties as assigned
    Requirements
    • Associates degree, or two years of accounting experience
    • Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision
    • Ability to build credibility internally and with clients
    • Excellent written and verbal communicatin skills
    • Proficiency with Quickbooks, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
    • Strict adherence to deadlines

    • Strong active listening skills
    • Ability to adapt and respond to a variety of personalities and situations

    • Develop websites for new clients
    • Manage existing client websites
    • Modify and update website content as needed
    • Create news posts/blog items
    • Upload meeting agendas and other legal documents
    • Attend virtual meetings with Client Service Representative to discuss necessary website changes
    • Utilitze user feedback to identify and correct website-related issues
